Very helpful and courteous company. I initially called them for availability and pricing, but I quickly ascertained that they were professional and competent enough to complete a move to my specifications. The moving crew communicated well with me the duration of the move. They gave accurate deadlines, and didn't fall short in any areas. This guys were so helpful, they guide me thru the whole process, I had few options, to ship my stuff to my new place door to door, for a flat rate charge. I used these guys to ship over my sister's belongings to her new place overseas. I loved their wardrobe boxes! They definitely did the job for all the clothes she had stacked up in her closet. This place has great customer service and they have the best prices comparing to other companies I have researched. They moved all my belongings pretty fast and without any damage. Can you ever imagine finally having a company that offers to take everything you need over seas to any country? This is it!! I went in and got consultation from one of the customer service reps. The gentleman did a great job discussing all the different packages that they have to offer. Very affordable freight cost. They even offered me free boxes to pack!! What stood out the most is they were willing to come to my brothers loft and look at everything that needed to be moved to give more of an exact price on how much it would be. It was also no - commitment neither. Meaning if they came by to give the estimate and we didn't like it, we didn't need to use their business.  They sent two guys over with clipboards that were very friendly and they looked at absolutely everything. Some one things they recommended that they wrap/pack free of charge. This business seems all about customer service. I got a good feeling from the start. To speed up this review my brother was starting his job their the following week so everything needed to get their fast. I helped him pay for the shipping by air which is the more expensive option but it was very quick. Service was awesome and you can feel the professionalism in the environment. They quoted me on great prices for the freight cost. The service associate new I was very nervous because moving can be very nerve wrecking and stressful literally I was shaking. After I received everything in Australia. The moment I walked in I was very impressed. I was taken care of immediately!! I had no idea what I was getting into and the young girl assisted me with excellent consultation. Been living in Cali for a couple years now and decided it was time for me to relocate to Spain with a good friend of mine. Just bought this new sweet condo and got a new job out there and needed to move out ASAP because my start date moved up. Called Sunset and they came by, gave me an estimate and it was a no brainer- cheaper than most other companies and the lady was very nice! I was impressed with the whole turnout, all my things were safe, no hassle. Great work and quick move.

Been traveling a lot and finally I decided to relocate out of the US and out to Europe. They did such an incredible job with taking care of my things. They did A TON of work which made it so much easier for me with my crazy work schedule. I also own a lot of kitchenware because I cook and I wanted it extra protected. They definitely hooked it up.
